How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Interestingwish Windows & Siding should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about any of these:

  • How your call or contact with Interestingwish Windows & Siding went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

The providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Interestingwish Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@interestingwish.skin and include the following:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write to Us

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, you can answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
